  I purchased my first home from the guys at Family Realty in 2005.  The experience was painless and much easier then I believed possible. The team at Family Realty took control of everything. They eliminated my reservations throughout the entire process. The principal thing was that they realized they worked for me and went out of there way to make that very apparent each and every time we met. Then in 2007 I moved with my job to the Cincinnati area. I was expecting the same trouble-free process this time around while buying a home. I couldn't have been more wrong. Our agent was late to meetings, didn't once go out of her way to make us feel significant and really acted like we were working for her instead of the other way around. Everything we asked for seemed to be a hassle and she wouldn't even meet us on the weekends. There is a tangible difference when you work with the best and unfortunately I didn't realize it until I wasn't working with Scott and the guys at Family Realty.  

  This is to thank you for all the time and effort you put into selling my aunt and mother-in-law's homes. Although it was a difficult neighborhood for selling a home you did a great job of finding clients and helping to finalize the sale. I know that selling our house a year ago in December also represented a challenge but again you were able to find an appropriate buyer at a good price. Hopefully in the future I will be able to send some more business your way with easier homes to sell. I recommend you to anyone I know that is interested in buying or selling a home.
