The principal thing was that they realized they worked for me and went out of there way to make that very apparent each and every time we met. Then in 2007 I moved with my job to the Cincinnati area. I was expecting the same trouble-free process this time around while buying a home. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Our agent was late to meetings, didn’t once go out of her way to make us feel significant and really acted like we were working for her instead of the other way around. Everything we asked for seemed to be a hassle and she wouldn’t even meet us on the weekends. There is a tangible difference when you work with the best and unfortunately I didn’t realize it until I wasn’t working with Scott and the guys at Family Realty.
