"I’ve proudly lived in Louisville, KY the majority of my life, only leaving for a short period to attend the University of Kentucky (Go Cats!). I grew up in St. Matthews attending Our Lady of Lourdes and Sacred Heart Academy. I love this city and all its little unique pockets.
My passions for marketing and real estate collided in 2017 when I became a licensed Realtor®. Since, I have represented buyers and sellers, helping turn their dreams into a reality. I believe your home is your oasis. It is a place where life is lived, families are built, and memories are made. There is not a more important purchase, which can make it a little overwhelming. My goal when working with clients is to use my knowledge of buying and selling real estate to make the process as smooth as possible.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends, family and my two amazing guys; my husband Turner, and son Hank. Hank was born in August 2017. Watching him grow and learn has been the highlight of my life. I am also working towards becoming a better cook. I am admittedly not a great one, but we’ve only had to order pizza once because of my dinner Pinterest fail, so I think I’m doing okay.

Millions of Americans make New Years Resolutions each January. For many of these people their resolution is to become more organized. If you are one of these people I have created a series of Monthly Home Maintenance Tips for 2019 to help you ensure that you keep this years resolution.
Here is a list of a five simple home tips to do this month. While none of them are hard, they seem to be things that many people seem to overlook around their home until it is too late or turn into a big problem or concern.
1. Check Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Detectors.
2. Replace Water and Ice Maker Filters.
3. Clean Ceiling and Range Hood Fans.
4. Vacuum Refrigerator Coils
5. Clean Shower/Tub/Sink Drains.

"I have been a licensed Realtor in the Louisville Metropolitan Area since 2005. In that time I have helped countless families and investors successfully buy and sell Real Estate. Prior to my career as a Realtor I was a licensed Mortgage Banker for 4 years. I have also worked in the remodeling and new construction of homes since I was 15 years old. You could say I have spent my life around Real Estate in one capacity or another.
Born and raised in Oregon I stayed in this area after attending Indiana University. Since 2004 my Western KY bride Toots, my dog Gus, and I have made St. Matthews our home. We chose Louisville to be “our town” and have been very happy to take advantage of all The Ville has to offer. When not working I enjoy spending time with my wife and friends, or fishing if I can find the time.

Just in time to kick off 2019 is the Republic Bank First Friday Hop. On the first Friday of each month, Republic Bank sponsors the First Friday Hop along with Tarc. The event takes place all day however many downtown restaurants, shops, art galleries, and other local businesses are open with extended evening hours. There is music, food and plenty of sights and entertainment for the entire family. The event was created as a way to promote and support the Louisville art scene.
Back in 2014, Tarc replaced the older trolleys with eco-friendly ZeroBuses. Tarc has recently renamed the ZeroBus the LouLift. The bus is powered by battery and runs 2 routes downtown. For more information on times and routes visit https://www.ridetarc.org/loulift/.
The Republic Bank First Friday Hop is a great way to get out and see some of the great things our Downtown has to offer. With hundreds of members from restaurants and breweries to museums and art galleries and everything in between there is something for everyone.
