Welcome to the City of Kingsley! Located off Taylorsville Road in the Upper Highlands, Kingsley was originally developed in the 1920s as an extension of the Strathmoor neighborhood. The first thing you'll notice about Kingsley are the trees. Since 2003, Kingsley has been recognized by the Nation Arbor Day Foundation through the Kentucky Department of Foresty as a Tree City USA. The architecture of the homes primarily are Cape Cod and Colonial.
