Mockingbird Valley is located east of Louisville and is know for it's rolling hills with heavy tree density and large homes that sit back from the road. The first homes built in Mockingbird were by wealthy Louisvillians who used them as their summer homes. In 1908 the first year around house was built and development slowly contitnued after that. Mockingbird Valley is also home to the Mockingbird Valley Soccer Club, a premier indoor soccer club that offers youth and adult soccer.
